This seems to be a time when we all think of Christmas as one BIG shopping hassle. We all need to stop and pause for a moment or two to see the blessings that God has given us. I was able to spend a moment with a coworker today. We hugged and talked about the ones we love and the pain of their health issues, her mom and my sister. We have both lost a parent at this time of year. The pain is tremendous. But God is bigger and as I said to her God goes before me, behind me, beside me, and within me. He gave us his Son and no matter our pain, no matter the shopping woes, WE ARE BLESSED, He leads my way, He catches me when I fall, He holds my hand, and He gives me the light to shine. He saved us. Pause and find the peace of being saved when a baby was born.
