...and cover it with chocolate and make a strawberry-lemon pie?

....cover it with chocolate and a miracle or two. The Candyman can.

That song is a little creepy now.

Nice try, Richard, but Laura Leigh nailed the lyric.

BTW, who knows what movie this song featured in before SDJ made "The Candy Man" his signature song? The answer may make the song more or less creepy for you.

Who can take a rainbow, wrap it in a sigh...

Don't know that verse, but I believe it was in "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory."

I have no idea, but I'll guess:

Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Is that even old enough? I don't think it is.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is correct, and Willy was even mentioned in the song until SDJ censored him out. Since you asked, here are the complete lyrics:

Bill, the Candy Store man:
Who can take a sunrise
Sprinkle it in dew
Cover it in chocolate
and a miracle or two?

The candyman
The candyman can
The candyman can cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good

Who can take a rainbow
Wrap it in a sigh
Soak it in the sun
and make a strawberry lemon pie?

Children: The candyman?

Bill: The candyman
The candyman can
The candyman can cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good

Willy Wonka makes
Everything he bakes
Satisfying and delicious
Talk about your childhood wishes
You can even eat the dishes

Who can take tomorrow
Dip it in a dream
Separate the sorrow
And collect up all the cream?

The candyman

Children:Willy Wonka can

Bill: The candyman can cause he mixes it with love
And makes the world taste good
And the world tastes good cause the candyman thinks it should.

See. I knew strawberry-lemon pie was in there somewhere.

1,000 points for me!!!

10 for Laura for getting it right!

And can we have the complete lyrics? Thanks.
